Gene has been serving the financial needs of his clients for nearly 30 years. Gene and his team provide advice to clients in the areas of investments and portfolio management; income tax planning and preparation; and estate planning and design. The media often seeks out Gene's views as they present complex financial issues. Gene has appeared on hundreds of television and radio programs. Gene has attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, and at the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO. Gene makes a daily commitment to education and the innovation of new ideas to better benefit the needs of his clients.
Gene served his country as an officer in the United States Air Force. Gene currently serves his state and community on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and agencies. Gene takes seriously his role as a community activist.
Gene is blessed to share his life with his wife, Diane, and his three beautiful daughters - Ali, Alyssa, and Megan in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Diane began her accounting career working in a small firm in Tannersville, PA preparing income and payroll tax returns and assisting with non-profit audits. After moving on to a larger CPA firm in East Stroudsburg, she focused her concentration on income tax returns and preparing financial statements. For a few years she also worked as a cost accountant for Johns Manville. Diane has been preparing income tax returns for over 16 years and enjoys the opportunity to have sit-down meetings with the majority of her clients each year.
Diane grew up in Gilbert, Pennsylvania, graduating from Pleasant Valley High School and then attended East Stroudsburg University where she received a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a BS in Economics. Diane and Gene, along with daughters Alyssa and Megan currently reside in Neola, Pennsylvania with their three cats; Oreo, Applesauce and Caramel.

After working in a variety of industries, Connie found herself in the securities industry. She earned series 7 and 63 licenses along with her Insurance license. She has been an assistant to Gene Dickison for 12 years.
Connie resides in Salisbury Township with her husband Tom, of 37 years. She has 2 sons and daughter-in-laws that she adores, and 3 grandsons who are the loves of her life.

After growing up in Brodheadsville, PA, Ann graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Her career started out, and continues to be, centered in the marketing and communications field. She served 8 years as the Marketing and Training Coordinator for Tozour-Trane in King of Prussia, PA before heading to the Eastwood Company in Pottstown as their Circulation Coordinator. After taking time off to start a family, Ann joined MtM Financial Group in September, 2009 as their Director of Client Communications.
Ann currently resides in Douglassville, PA with her husband Andy, 3 great kids, AJ, Maddie and Emma, and their world famous dog - Riley.

Janine Pinel joins the team at MtM Financial Group as an Associate Financial Advisor and Tax Preparation Specialist. Janine has many years of experience in accounting, finance and taxation. She began her career at Ernst & Young in New York City in the audit department. After many years of auditing, she went on to accept the position of Chief Financial Officer of Eastern Bancorp in the Burlington Vermont area. Janine's vast financial management experience also included serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration for SAL, Inc. and Vice President of Finance for Datamark Technologies in New Jersey.
Joining MtM Financial Group has brought her to the Lehigh Valley where her extended family is located. Janine is raising her three children with her husband, Rob. In addition to being active in her church and volunteering in the school district, she enjoys exercising and spending quality time with family and friends.

With nearly 30 years of business experience in various financial, audit, sales and operations capacities, Daryl has developed his skills in building relationships with service as the focus. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Management Accountant in the state of New Jersey. Daryl started his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and spent seven years with ADP before joining AT&T. The last 20 years of his career were spent in the telecommunications industry with AT&T, IDT and T-Mobile. He has also been an independent tax preparer for over 15 years.
Originally from Morris County, NJ, Daryl currently resides in Lower Saucon with his wife Michele and their five children; Tim, Keith, Jason, Elyssa and Meghan.
